Consultations are generally face to face meetings with you and a consultant.  You can also submit an e-mail request for assistance.  When you make an appointment, be sure to bring any info on your project.  Keep in mind that its best to be prepared as possible, so we can get down to specifics at your first session.

We have consultants with a variety of business experience who can review your marketing and business plans.  There are also sample marketing and business plans available at www.sba.gov.   Remember "if you build it they will come" is not true.  You have to identify your customer prospects and sell them!

Obtaining funds for your venture is probably the most difficult activity you will undertake.  It is important you have a cash flow projection that accurately depicts your future cash needs.  If you are starting a business dont expect to get a loan from a bank until you have established some history.  Most startups obtain funds from savings, credit cards, friends and family.  We can help you identify sources of local funds.
